  • At home, at the office - Express

    • Delivery in 24H (working days) in Metropolitan France & Corsica.

  • At home, at the office - Standard

    • Delivery in 2 to 3 working days in Metropolitan France & Corsica.

  • At home, at the office - Standard - Large volume

    • Delivery in 3 to 5 working days in Metropolitan France & Corsica, only for bulky shipments.

 

IN OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES

  • At home, at the office - Express

    • Delivery in 2 to 3 working days (depending on destination).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Your items will be shipped (subject to stock availability) upon receipt, processing and validation of your order.
  • You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
  • The tracking number of your order will be available in the shipping email.
  • Important: The delivery in 24H (working days) in pickup point or at home is available from Monday to Friday. If you ordered on Friday after 2 p.m, your package will only be delivered the next Thuesday.
  • For all order related questions, feel free to contact our customer service. Our teams answer you under 24H to 48H, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 6:30 p.m, and Saturday from 9 a.m to 12 p.m and from 2 p.m to 6 p.m (Central European Time, except public holidays).
  • The prices displayed in the product sheets, in the category pages and in the shopping cart include, by default, the French VAT rate. For all intra-community deliveries (outside France), the final price is the one indicated on the order validation.
